DURATION
This promotion runs from 20 April 2026 to 31 December 2026 .
TARGET GROUP
This promotion is only open to customers of 16 years of age and over who are consumers (as defined in article 3, clause 1, letter A) of legislative decree no. 206/2055) already in possession of a physical or digital Family Card or a Colors ID, or who obtain one in the promotional period after registering at a United Colors of Benetton or Undercolors of Benetton point of sale, or online at benetton.com www.benetton.com.
To benefit from this promotion the aforementioned customers must register for The Colors Club initiative, agree to its terms and conditions and give their consent in order to participate. Customers who already have a physical or digital Family Card do not have to register again as they will be able to access the new promotion automatically, with the Colors ID corresponding to their Family Card number.
Employees working directly in stores or franchisees associated with the Promoter are excluded from registering for The Colors Club and taking part in this promotion as they are prohibited from obtaining a Colors ID.
PROMOTIONAL BRANDS AND PRODUCTS
The products in the promotion are all items from the United Colors of Benetton collections of clothing and accessories for adults and children, and the Undercolors of Benetton (hereinafter promotional products).
REGISTERING FOR THE CLUB AND ACTIVATING THE COLORS ID
This promotion is only open to customers who agree to the contractual conditions stipulated in The Colors Club loyalty scheme.
Customers can register for The Colors Club scheme free of charge at any participating United Colors of Benetton or Undercolors of Benetton store, where the staff will enter customer details on a dedicated portal, by visiting the benetton.com www.benetton.com website and completing the relevant form in the LOGIN/CREATE ACCOUNT section.
When registering, in-store customers will receive a text message with OTP code to be shown to the store staff to activate their Colors ID. They will subsequently also receive an e-mail with a link to click on to activate their online account and log into the My Area section at benetton.com www.benetton.com. Customers who register online will receive an e-mail directly with a link to click on to activate their Colors ID and their online account.
Note that the Colors ID cannot be used to take part in this promotion if it has not been activated.
If customers already have a physical or digital Family Card, the Colors ID will correspond to the Family Card number.
PROCEDURE
Between 20 April 2026 and 31 December 2026, customers who demonstrate membership of The Colors Club before completing purchase transactions of the promotional products at the point of sale will be able to collect DOTs (i.e. ‘points’) based on the purchases made, and achieve the Status that will allow access to certain Benefits, as outlined below.
Customers will receive 1 DOT for every full GBP spent on purchasing Promotional Products.
Example: total purchase amount of £1.00 = 1 DOT;
total purchase amount of £1.50 = 1 DOT;
total purchase amount of £3.90 = 3 DOTs, and so on.
To accumulate DOTs (points) on their purchases, customers must:
provide their details at the point of sale (surname, mobile number or e-mail address provided when registering) before the sale transaction is complete, when purchasing from a United Colors of Benetton or Undercolors of Benetton store;
log on to their account if purchasing from www.benetton.com, before making any purchases; if customers do not log on to their account, any purchases made will not accumulate DOTs and will not be considered in this promotion.
The final total on the receipt/order will be taken as the relevant amount when crediting DOTs, i.e. the actual amount paid net of reductions, discounts, vouchers, the purchase of Gift Cards/Gift Certificates and similar means of payment.
Excluded from the promotion are all products which existing legislation stipulates shall not be included, therefore such items cannot accumulate DOTs.
DOTs given for purchases made with the same Colors ID in different participating stores and/or via the website are added together automatically.
DOTs accumulated by a customer who has registered for the promotion, but who holds more than one membership account each with a number of DOTs, cannot accumulate DOTs from more than one account (e-mail address prevails).
When a purchase is made from a participating store, DOTs awarded are uploaded immediately, unless there are any system issues. Customers can view their DOTs balance in the My Area section at familycard.benetton.com www.benetton.com, updated the day after the purchase was made.
In the case of purchases made from benetton.com www.benetton.com, only the DOTs relating to goods that have not been returned will be credited to the customer’s Colors ID at the end of the return period.
If a transaction is made without logging on and/or completing the aforementioned process, the purchase will not be linked to the relevant profile and no DOTs will be credited.
Without personal ID information the corresponding DOTs will be lost, and once a receipt has been issued and the transaction completed on the website they can no longer be credited.
Requests to credit DOTs after the purchase procedure has been completed will not be accepted; requests to credit DOTs for purchases made before registering for club membership will not be accepted.
Important note relating to Gift Cards: no DOTs are awarded when a Colors ID holder purchases a Gift Card; only the use of the Gift Card by a Colors ID holder as a payment method for purchases entitles the holder to receive DOT credits.
Extra DOTs may also be earned through special initiatives that will be communicated as they arise via digital communication channels in the My Area section at familycard.benetton.com www.benetton.com.
Customers can benefit from the promotion at different levels defined on the basis of the number of DOTs earned. Each status awards discounts, vouchers and various rewards as outlined in the ‘Description of Benefits’ section.
Unless communicated otherwise during the promotion as per the methods used to communicate with the public, once the promotion has ended any unused DOTs will become invalid and cannot be exchanged for cash, converted into other formats or used at a later date in any other promotions.
ADDITIONAL DOTs AWARDED
The promoter reserves the right to offer participants better conditions, such as special initiatives, even for a limited period, which award additional DOTs for purchasing certain products, including in specific combinations, double DOTs and/or additional DOTs on the basis of various promotional/marketing initiatives, including accelerators for accumulating additional DOTs or during particular promotion periods. Customers will be made aware of these conditions via the methods used to communicate the main promotion.

Note that every 200 DOTs reached will be converted automatically into standard discount vouchers (relating to the Status achieved) and deducted from the “POINT balance available”. However, a “POINT counter” will log the total DOTs reached during the promotion period, thus enabling customers to maintain their Status reached provided that they make at least one purchase every 12 months; if customers make no purchases in this period the account will be downgraded to Status 1.
In addition to the benefits/discounts/vouchers specified in this document of terms and conditions, during the promotion the Promoter reserves the right to provide different additional benefits/discounts/vouchers, which will be communicated to customers via the most appropriate means and using the same methods as those for the main Promotion.
Statuses can also be reached by making several purchases with separate receipts, as long as customers give their personal details at the point of sale, provide their Colors ID or e-mail address, or enter these details as a logged-in user if purchasing online. In such cases, the DOTs accumulated in separate transactions will be stored with their Colors ID until the aforementioned Statuses are reached.

USING YOUR BENEFITS
Participants can use their discounts/vouchers once 48 hours have elapsed since the accrued DOTs are released and the resulting Status is reached; this can be viewed in the My Area section at familycard.benetton.com www.benetton.com, or it can be requested at in-store points of sale.
Standard discount vouchers
on reaching 200 DOTs, the discount voucher relevant to the Status obtained will be sent automatically to the e-mail address provided by the customer when registering; the voucher can also be viewed in the My Area section at familycard.benetton.com www.benetton.com;
standard discount vouchers can only be redeemed when purchasing other full-price items from the United Colors of Benetton collection of clothing and accessories for adults and children from Stores participating in the promotion or online at familycard.benetton.com www.benetton.com;
to use the standard discount vouchers in-store, customers must provide their e-mail address or Colors ID at the point of sale; to use them online at www.benetton.com customers must log in and select the discount voucher in the basket before proceeding with the payment;
standard discount vouchers cannot be split or used to purchase items in sales or other promotions, cannot be exchanged for cash, will not generate change and can only be used once;
the standard discount vouchers in this promotion (The Colors Club) can be combined in the same transaction in the case of a minimum purchase amount equivalent to double their combined value (e.g. a voucher for £10.00 and a voucher for £15.00 can be used together on a minimum purchase amount of £50.00);
the standard discount vouchers in this promotion cannot be combined with discount vouchers in previous promotions, or with other promotions regarding The Colors Club or other discounts awarded in the promotion.
If a customer makes a purchase using a Standard Discount Voucher and then returns the goods, the refund will be for the net discount value and the voucher cannot be transferred (and will therefore be classed as used). Online returns result in amounts being reimbursed, whereas in-store returns result in an exchange for goods of an equivalent or higher value.
Birthday Bonus and Welcome Bonus percentage discounts
on reaching the Status (as shown above), the relevant Discount will be communicated to the e-mail address specified by the customer when registering and will also appear in the My Area on www.benetton.com;
each Discount can only be redeemed to purchase (at full price) other items from the United Colors of Benetton collection of clothing and accessories for adults and children, Undercolors of Benetton collection, either in participating stores or at www.benetton.com;
to use the discount voucher in-store, customers must provide their e-mail address or Colors ID at the point of sale; to use them online at www.benetton.com customers must log in and select the discount voucher in the basket before proceeding with the payment;
discounts cannot be used to purchase items in sales or other promotions, cannot be split and cannot be exchanged for cash, will not generate change, they can only be used once and cannot be combined with each other or with other The Colors Club promotions or Discounts awarded in the promotion.
Customers participating in the promotion are solely responsible for requesting to use their discounts/vouchers; if customers do not exert this right within the timescales specified in this document, the Promoter cannot be held liable for customers losing their entitlement.
ADVERTISING AND PUBLISHING RULES
This promotion will be communicated in participating stores and on the www.benetton.com website.
The official version of this promotion, containing the terms and conditions, is kept at the Promoter’s head office.
An excerpt copy, identical in content, will be posted on the www.benetton.com website and made available at the participating stores. In order to safeguard the rights acquired by the participants, any changes made to this document during the course of the promotion will be communicated in advance to Customers using the same means of communication applying to this document.
FINAL REGULATIONS
By taking part in the promotion, Customers agree unconditionally to the terms stated in this document.
Participation in the promotion is optional and free of charge, except for Internet connection costs as stipulated by the User's provider.
The Promoter cannot be held liable for any issues relating to access, malfunction or difficulty that could prevent the User from accessing Internet services and participating in the promotion.
The Promoter reserves the right to stop customers from joining the initiative if they do not use their Colors ID in compliance with the terms in this document, or have accrued DOTs fraudulently, or in any other instance of illegitimate conduct.
The Promoter cannot be held liable for technical issues of any kind that may interfere with Vouchers/Discounts reaching customers via e-mail (e.g. spam filters) or prevent customers from visiting familycard.benetton.com www.benetton.com to complete the registration process.
It is the responsibility of customers to ensure that their e-mail address is operating properly. The Promoter cannot be held liable for e-mails that do not reach recipients due to third-party reasons or if customer inboxes are full.
DATA PROCESSING
Details gathered during this initiative will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation no. 679/2016 (General Data Protection Regulation), according to the timescales stated in the information provided when activating the Colors ID and which can be consulted on the website when registering.
