SUSTAINABILITY
Recycled nylon
Nylon is a polymer synthesized in the laboratory, appreciated in the clothing sector for its qualities of resistance, lightness and elasticity, but it is difficult to dispose of. A selection of United Colors of Benetton garments is made of recycled nylon, which guarantees the same quality and performance as the original fiber, but does not consume additional raw material and reduces CO2 emissions. For example, the Undercolors suits from BE ACTIVE, the Women's Capsule Collection for yoga, pilates, jogging and other forms of physical activity. Or the Beachwear Collection, made in ECONYL®, a nylon fiber that's 100% regenerated from waste and production scraps. Purchasing a recycled nylon garment means helping us clean up the planet from waste and reducing the environmental impact resulting from the production of new synthetic fibers.
